Building an PHP file to receive Twine external temperatures every minute.
But how do I set up that rule to call an HTTP request EVERY minute?

Agree.... Other than a rule for every degree, how can we force a temperature check and action? (Id prefer not to have to have to write a script to scrape the twine site every minute too)
