I was thinking of setting up my Twine and having it plugged into regular power and using the battery more as a backup. Is this going to adversely effect it?
I have the twine plugged in as a long-term door sensor. I removed the batteries and only have it using the micro-usb port with an iPad wall wart. So far seems to be working just fine.
Who is to say, it shouldnt right? The product is so new. You may need to just check the batteries evey once in a while so they dont corrode since they wont be used.
