Twine temperature and dashboard display

I set a rule to send me an email when Twine detects temperature below 72. I am reviewing emails, but the Dashboard display is 76 (this seems too high).

I've seen this behavior as well: a rule sent email when the temperature dropped below 72F, but the temperature on the dashboard (even when the Twine was flipped to increase the update rate) read 75F.

Yes, I saw this also. Rule set at 60 degrees, but email sent when it was 65 on the Dashboard.
