Not sending out vibration alerts

I'm having trouble with my twine sending out vibration alerts.  It seems it only wants to do it when I update the rules....then it no longer sends alerts out for vibration.  I have my sensitivity set to to well under what that actual vibration is.  I have it set to trigger after 1 second of vibration and it untriggers after 100 seconds.  Suggestions?

    The temperature is updating...my moisture sensor is updating....but for some reason the vibration doesn't even register in my dashboard at times.  Then it will register when vibration is present...but then it won't tweet or email me.  Frustrating.

    It looks like your Twine has tweeted a few times since you posted. Is it working now? Did anything change?
