[temperature] tag always report in °F

Hi,

today I tried the [temperature] tag on email but I receive it in °F even if the rule is setup in °C

The temperature data lives in ºF, and is converted to ºC for the dashboard, but not for the [temperature] tag yet. That should be fixed in 1.4.0.
