Twine - SMS notification for my country (Macau S.A.R. @ 853) carrier (CTM)

hi,

i am wondering if Twine can add my local carrier to the list?

Country: Macau S.A.R.
Country code: 853
Carrier name: CTM

    We use mobile carriers' email to SMS gateways to send out SMSs, and unfortunately, not all carriers support this.  We're working on adding a more universal and reliable method of sending SMSs, it will be ready soon!
