Trouble with loss of network connection
A few things first:
1. Batteries are fresh
2. LED lights up during network connection phase
3. Success on all wizard screens.
My Twine is not being "found" and I get a message stating "We're checking to see if your Twine is connected..." and a countdown begins from about 70seconds or so. No success when done.
Does the Twine have some sort of timeout where it disconnects from the network if it doesn't have a rule configured? I deleted the current rule a few days ago and today, when I tried to make a new rule, I simply cannot get the Twine to be recognized for a new rule.
Flipping the Twine over on its back doesn't seem to wake it up. With no reset button, just not sure where to go from here. Any help is appreciated.

There's some discussion in other threads that _may_ indicate that a server is down.

I had the same issue, i.e. low factory batteries. Took a good hour or two to diag the problem. Have you tried inserting the batteries and flipping it over or just inserting the batt's w/out flipping?
The response time from Twine HQ seems to be much improved today.
