It would be great to have a "change" condition. For example, rather than having to define conditions for all orientations (back, front etc. etc.), one could have a rule that fires in all conditions. This would be great for temperature logging too!
I had trouble making an OR condition work while monitoring a relay. The TWINE team told me very nicely just add another rule. So RULE1 was an open then, RULE 2 was a closure then...email to sms. So every time the colosure opens or closes it sends me the assigned text.
Would be nice.. I tried to setup temp monitoring having a rule for every degree, but its "too many rules" for the twine to cover "rise above" 68 - 83, and "falls below" 68 - 83.. which is about the range my office can be that i'd like to graph on Thingspeak.
That would be nice indeed. My twine is fixed rather tight to the laundry machine, but it would be nice to know if it fell down. Which my case means the orientation is no longer right. So I either need a 'if orientation changes then' or a 'if orientation is not right then' as a rule.
