My twine stops reporting after about an hour of no activity. I can only get it to work again by taking out a battery and putting it back in. Any ideas?
Check your Firmware version by hovering your mouse over the Twine's name on https://twine.supermechanical.com/. If it's not a November date, contact Supermechanical and request an update. Do that by clicking on "Having problems? Email us." at the bottom of the page.
