  I walked away and did something else for awhile. Came back and tried again and it all worked as expected.

  Yes. it doesn't seem to like carriage returns in emails. I emailed Supermechanical about this issue.

  I reached 57 simple temp rules OK. At rule 58 and above I consistently get a compile error. Is this the limit to rules?

  Now after saving those 57 rules, then leaving and returning to the page, I'm only seeing 16 rules. Where did the others go?

  I've had that happen to me as well, put in 30+ rules, get a good compile. Come back to look at it later and have only 16. I currently have a Twine with 22 rules, I wonder what the limit is?

  My dashboard still shows 16 rules, but now my Twine is locking up (a la Windows!). First it locked up for 20+ hours until I removed the USB cable and batteries. It started up, processed all the rules once, then has now been locked up again for 16+ hours. Tonight I'll try again to get it alive.

  Try recompiling the same rule set under USB power.

  Did that. My Twine has been under direct power since 30 minutes after I received it. The "compile" failure is immediate and in the browser.
